What happens if I don't like my padel racket?
No problem. You can return your racket within the return period as long as it’s unused and in its original condition. Contact us and we’ll help you with the process.
How do I choose the right padel racket for my skill level and playing style?
Start with your level, then your style. As a rough guide: round rackets have a big sweet spot and maximum control, ideal for beginners and defensive players. Teardrop rackets balance power and control, perfect for most intermediate players. Diamond rackets are power-focused with a smaller sweet spot, best for advanced, aggressive players. How can I guarantee next day delivery?
Order any in-stock item before our daily cut-off and we'll dispatch it the same day on a next day delivery service, free of charge. Everything listed as in stock is sitting in our warehouse ready to go, so there's no waiting on suppliers. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. If you need something for a specific date, message us before ordering and we'll confirm it'll make it in time.
Can you explain the weight range specified on padel rackets (e.g. 360–375g)?
The weight range means each racket model varies slightly in weight. Lighter rackets (closer to 360g) offer more control and comfort, while heavier ones (closer to 375g) provide more power and stability.
