Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. UK returns are free.

How to return an item

1. Log in to your account using the email you ordered with.
2. Go to Orders, choose the item(s) you want to return and tell us why.
3. We'll email you a link to get your free Royal Mail Tracked Returns label or QR code. Enter the order number shown in that email when asked.
4. Pack the item securely and put a note with your order number inside the parcel.
5. Drop it at a Royal Mail Post Office counter and keep your receipt until you've been refunded. Please don't use a Collect+ shop or arrange a collection.

We refund within 5 working days of your return arriving back with us.

Condition for a full refund

Items need to come back in a condition we can sell as new:

• Rackets: unused, in original packaging, with the plastic still on the handle. No ball marks, scuffs or signs of play.
• Grips and balls: unopened.
• Bags and clothing: unused, no marks or damage, tags still attached.
• Everything else: original packaging intact and undamaged.

Changed your mind within 14 days

You have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery, and a further 14 days to send it back. This applies even if you've opened the item or removed the plastic to check it.

If an item has been handled more than you could in a shop (for example a racket that's been played with, or balls that have been opened), we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. A racket that has been used on court can't be sold as new, so the reduction can be significant.

After 14 days

From day 15 to day 30, we only accept items that meet the full refund conditions above. A racket that has been used on court or had the handle plastic removed can't be returned.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

That's on us and we'll sort it quickly. Message us on WhatsApp at +44 7999 658757 with:

• Your order number
• A short description of the problem
• 5 to 8 clear photos from different angles
• A short video showing the fault

We'll review it and offer a replacement, repair or refund. If the item needs to come back, we'll cover the return postage.

International returns

Accepted under the same 30-day conditions. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Any duties and taxes paid at checkout are refunded along with the product price.
