Yes, most Bullpadel rackets come with either a bag or a zip case, depending on the model. High-end models, like the Bullpadel Vertex Hybrid, typically come with a premium protective zip case, while some entry-level models include a lightweight drawstring bag.
To keep your Bullpadel racket in top condition, store it in a protective case when not in use and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures. Check for any cracks or wear, especially in the frame or surface. Additionally, replacing the grip regularly ensures better control and comfort during play.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your new padel racket, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. However, the racket must be in its original condition, with no scratches, marks, or any other signs of heavy use or damage.
To initiate a return, please contact me VIA whatsapp and provide your order number and reason for the return. I can then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process. Please note that shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the returned racket and verify that it’s in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
