We want you to be completely happy with your Everything Padel purchase.

This is why we have a refunds and returns page for your convenience.

Please note, that even if you read this there is always the option to contact us, through email, info@everythingpadel.co.uk, text us on Whatsapp (+44 7704048874), or DM us on instagram (@everythingpadel)

Cancelling your order

Please tell us within 14 days if you no longer want the item by emailing us at info@everythingpadel.co.uk

You then have another 14 days to return the item to us (unused and in the same packaging) for a full refund.

You will just need to pay for the cost of returning the item.

Please retain a proof of postage in case the item is lost or damaged during its return.

Faulty Product - Refunds and returns

If you find your product is faulty please tell us straight away by emailing us at info@everythingpadel.co.uk, Whatsapp at (+44 7704048874) or instagram DM (@everythingpadel_ and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our expense, and we will issue a full refund.

All refunds made will be by the same method as used in the original transaction. Hopefully this will have helped you with your refunds and returns.
