We want to make returns as simple and hassle-free as possible! Here’s how you can return your item:
🔄 How to Request a Return
1️⃣ Log in to Your Account at EverythingPadel.
2️⃣ Go to “Orders” and select the item(s) you’d like to return.
3️⃣ Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a free prepaid return label via email.
4️⃣ Pack your item securely and drop it off at a Royal Mail Post Office Counter. Make sure you get a receipt and keep it until we process your refund.
5️⃣ Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we’ll process your refund.

🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
To keep things fair for everyone, there are a few situations where we cannot accept a return or offer a refund:
🎾 Rackets
•Rackets that have been used on court
•Rackets where the plastic wrap has been removed
•Rackets with:
•Ball marks
•Scuffs
•Signs of use
👉 Even if it’s “only been used once”, we can’t accept it back — as we’re unable to sell it as new.

📦 Opened Products
•Any item where original packaging has been removed or damaged
•If we can’t resell it as brand new → it cannot be returned

🎾 Grips & Balls
•Grips that have been opened
•Balls that have been opened or used

🛍️ Bags & Clothing
•Must be:
•Unused
•No marks or damage
•Tags still attached

⚠️ General Rule
If an item shows any signs of use or cannot be resold as new, we won’t be able to accept a return.
🚫 Order Cancellation Policy
We get it—sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel your order, just send us a quick message on WhatsApp at +44 7432442734 as soon as possible.
📌 Important Notes:
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, you’ll need to request a return instead.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 1 business day.

- Your order number 📦
- A brief description of the issue ⚡
- 5-8 clear photos of the product from different angles 📸
- 1 short video showing the fault 🎥
2️⃣ Our team will review the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
