Video overview

The Bullpadel Indiga Boy is a kids' racket for children starting padel: 280g, a thinner frame for small hands, a soft fibreglass face and a springy Evalastic core. The Indiga Girl is the same racket in different colours.
- Shape: Teardrop, a balance of control and power that covers every part of the game.
- Level: Suits junior players.
- Face: Fibreglass, softer and more comfortable on impact. The right choice while you develop.
- Balance: Medium, an even feel between quickness in hand and punch on the ball.
- Weight: 280g, light enough to swing all session without tiring your arm.
- Standout: The Grip Zone markings on the frame show a child exactly where to put their second hand. It sounds small, but it is the difference between learning the right grip and spending a year unlearning the wrong one.
- Value: It is for children roughly 6 to 10 who are starting out. Once they are bigger and hitting consistently, the Vertex JR or Hack JR are the next step: 335-345g, full-size, with a proper diamond shape.
- Polyglass face: A fibreglass face. It flexes more than carbon on contact, so the ball feels cushioned and mishits are forgiven. The right face while you are learning.
- Evalastic core: A soft, springy EVA foam. Comfortable and forgiving, with a bit more pop than SoftEva.
- Smooth surface: No texture on the face. Clean, predictable contact, which is what you want while you are learning to hit the middle.
- Carbon Tube frame: A frame made from woven carbon fibre. It keeps the head stable and stops it twisting on off-centre hits.
- Grip Zone: A marked area at the throat showing where your second hand goes, so you learn the correct grip from the start.
- 280g, medium balance: Very light with an even balance and a thinner 26mm profile, so a child can swing it properly and find the middle. Built for small hands.
The Indiga Boy is the ideal first racket for a child. 280 grams, very light, soft face, and the grip markings teach the right grip from day one.

How do I choose the right padel racket for my skill level and playing style?
Start with your level, then your style. As a rough guide: round rackets have a big sweet spot and maximum control, ideal for beginners and defensive players. Teardrop rackets balance power and control, perfect for most intermediate players. Diamond rackets are power-focused with a smaller sweet spot, best for advanced, aggressive players. The quickest way to narrow it down is our Racket Quiz, answer a few questions about your level, style and budget and it'll recommend the best options currently in stock. You can also check out our YouTube channel where we review and test rackets on court, or just message us on WhatsApp and we'll recommend one personally.
